Melbourne Square launches virtual tours and e-contracts

There is no denying COVID-19 is driving all businesses to change the way they work, which is why at Melbourne Square we are transforming the way we engage with customers.
To adapt to evolving restrictions around in-person gatherings, as well as enhance the suite of digital offerings available to clients, many of the essential purchase processes you would traditionally undertake with an agent have been brought online.
Virtual tours through a series of completed apartments in collaboration with CBRE and investor networks have just launched and are perfect for house-hunters stuck at home who wish to inspect some of Melbourne Square’s different product offerings.
In addition to the new virtual tours, we’re also offering virtual appointments with agents and – for the tactile buyer out there – offering to ferry brochures, floor plans and materials boards directly to them and host private one-to-one appointments.
Prospective residents whose contract negotiations or signings have been impacted during these unprecedented times can also breathe a sigh of relief, thanks to a new digitised e-contract process created to keep important administrative activities moving along in lieu of face-to-face appointments.
