Stage one complete at our growing precinct

In April we were very excited to celebrate the official completion of stage one at Melbourne Square in the company of our incredible project partners and Lord Mayor Councillor Sally Capp and Councillor Kevin Louey!
The team gathered for formalities at MSQ’s pool deck, with Cr Capp complimenting the delivery team and the vision for the project, exclaiming “Wow!” upon taking to the microphone.
Speeches by the project’s partners was then followed by an extra special pool performance featuring elegant ballet dancers performing in Zorb balls on the surface of the water.
It was a fitting celebration to completion of the first stage of this incredible project, which commenced construction in 2017. Today, MSQ boasts not just thousands of residents, but also Victoria’s first double-storey Woolworths, an 87-place childcare centre and a 3,745 square metre public park by urban design specialists Taylor Cullity Lethlean (TCL).
Our award-winning, COX Architecture- designed twin elliptical towers now, stand tall at 236.7 metres and 184.3 metres respectively, comprising 1,054 luxury apartments boasting beautiful and considered interiors by design specialist Carr.
New Life & Style Edition apartments currently available at Melbourne Square give buyers an opportunity to capitalise on a raft of incentives including a $25,000 Coco Republic furniture package and complementary styling consultation.
These new living spaces are some of the healthiest in Victoria and come installed with air purifiers, smart lighting and water filters that work passively to help improve the health of your indoor spaces, thanks to our partnership with wellness real estate pioneer Delos.
The completion event included tours of these spaces, as well as the recently finished additional amenity for residents.
This includes a resort-style outdoor pool and wading pool complemented by a sun terrace fitted out with several cabana lounges to relax in.
These conveniences on level eight are bolstered by a sauna, yoga studio, music room, comprehensive gyms, golf simulator, cinema, private dining areas and kitchen facilities, as well as further communal spaces for games.

Visitors at our dining precinct will be spoilt for easy meal ideas thanks to our buzzing restaurants including gluten-free fishmonger’s Theo’s Fish Bar, Sicilian pizzeria Pizza Pantelleria, specialist roastery and cafe Espresso Bar, Vietnamese restaurant Golden Bunny by Tho Tho and Japanese soup and curry experts Waku Waku.
Our exciting new mixed-use landmark offers a combined 14,000 square metres of both private and public amenity, while championing an elevated lifestyle for residents and the Southbank community, with the concept of a two-minute neighbourhood front of mind.
